One a day, directly injected seamless capsules. containing a rich source of Vitamins A and D, and has high levels of EHA and DHA . Vitamins A and D are essential for healthy skin, hair, teeth, gums and strong bones, especially in growing children.

Ingredients
Cod Liver Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Vitamin A (as palmitate), Vitamin D3 (as Acetate prep).

Nutritional
Each capsule contains on average: 297mg Cod Liver Oil providing on average *800µg Vitamin A and *5µg Vitamin D (*100% of the EC RDA) Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. No added salt or sugar.
