Flax Seed Oil Information
Also known as Linum usitatissimum or Linseed Oil. Flax Seed Oil - Rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Flax seed oil is a rich natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega 3) which can be converted by the body into EPA and DHA , Omega 3 Polyunsaturates as found in fish oil.

Ingredients
Flax seed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol)

Nutritional
Each capsule provides on average 1000mg of Flaxseed oil of which 484mg is Alpha Linolenic Acid, plus 10mg of Vitamin E (100% EC Recommended Daily allowance). 100g of Flax Seed Oil capsules provides on average 80.1g of oil which 7.6g are saturates, 51.7g are polyunsaturates of which Alpha Linolenic Acid is 38.8g. Free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten, starch and lactose. No added salt or sugar.

Directions
Take one to five capsules a day before any meal as a food supplement
