Multivitamin Tablets Information
These tablets provide Vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin and Niacin with Iron and Iodine. They are a multivitamin complex, which have been developed for those who want a potent supplement with the added convenience of a single dosage. To help optimise good health, each tablet contains a specially selected combination of Vitamins together with Iron and Iodine chosen to actively supplement the diet. With Vitamin A which is essential for vision. With Vitamin D which is essential for aiding calcium absorption from food. With Vitamin E which acts as an antioxidant. Vitamin C is required for healthy skin, bones, teeth and gums. Thiamin (B1) is essential for healthy nerves and muscle tissue. Riboflavin (B2) is important for the physical energy of the body. Ironis needed for transportation and storage of oxygen in the blood.

Ingredients
Lactose, Sucrose, Calcium Carbonate, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Magnesium Stearate, Maize Starch, Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate), Vitamin A (as Acetate prep), Mastercoat Pink (Sodium Benzoate, Carnoisine Aluminium Lake, Titanium Dioxide), Talc, Starch, Shellac, Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl), Riboflavin, Thiamin, Vitamin D (as D3), Mastercoat Polish (Carnauba Wax, Beeswax), Potassium Iodide.

Each tablet provides on average: Vitamin A 1201µg (150%*), Vitamin D 2.5µg (50%*), Vitamin E 1.65mg (17%*), Vitamin C 30mg (50%*), Thiamin 1.2mg (86%*), Riboflavin 1.8mg (113%*), Iron 5mg (36%*), Iodine 100µg (67%*). * EC Recommended Daily Allowance.

Directions
Adults - Take one or two tablets a day as a food supplement. Children (from the age of 12) - 1 tablet per day as a food supplement.
