Chitosan and Calcium A natural product
called Chitosan is derived from chitin, a polysaccharide found in the
exo-skeleton of shellfish like shrimps or crabs. While it has been in
existence for millennia, its current form has just recently been synthesised.
Chitosan attaches itself to fat thereby having the potential to help reduce
absorption in the digestive tract. Calcium is the most abundant mineral
in the body and is essential for healthy bones, teeth and blood. |
