Emu Oil Capsules
Taken internally, emu oil has reported benefits in terms of cholesterol lowering and as an anti-inflammatory of potential benefit in reducing pain. The oil is Omega rich (500mg capsule contains Omega 9 239mg, Omega 6 44mg and Omega 3 3.55mg plus 10mg Vitamin E (100% RDA))
Paula Ratcliffe famously used this oil to recover from injury prior to winning the London Marathon and the oil has a reputation for it's anti-inflammatory, pain relief and wound healing properties.
Many athletes and teams reportedly use the oil including the Bolton Wanderers. Emu Oil used as a rub reportedly crosses the skin barrier more effectively than other oils used in this manner and is therefore supposedly good at delivering nutrients direct to the treated area.
Many other oils on the market are combined with essential oils and some customers report irritation due to these additives, but Power Sport Emu Oil is 100% pure with nothing added.
The golden colour is natural, "clear" alternatives are available but these have been chemically treated with bleaching agents which may leave a residue and are therefore not regarded as being as natural.
Omega 3, 6 9 Capsules
Omega 3,6,9 capsules contain a blend of fish and plant oils which provide Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids.
Ingredients: Low Odour Fish Oil Concentrate (Triglyceride Form), Borage Oil Concentrate (Triglyceride Form), Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin, Aqua), D-Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E, as antioxidant).

40% Omega 3s, 20% Omega 6s, 4% Omega 9s
90mg EPA, 60mg DHA, 90mg GLA, 8mg Vitamin E (80%*)
