Potassium Tablets
Potassium is a highly reactive, even explosive, silver white mineral. Most of the body's Potassium is found inside the cells, where it does not act the same way most minerals do. Its primary function is not as a catalyst in the metabolic processes, but as an electrolyte. Along with two other important electrolytes, sodium and chloride, Potassium helps maintain the balance of water inside and outside the cells and regulates what passes in and out of them. It is needed for converting glucose in the blood into glycogen that can be stored in tissues for later use. Vitamin C has been added for quicker absorption and assimilation of Potassium.
