Each tablet provides on average 300mg of Yeast, 100µg of Selenium and 2mg of Elemental Zinc, which is 13.3% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, Gluten, Starch and Lactose. No added salt or sugar.
Directions
Take one or two tablets a day as a food supplement
Warnings
Please note long term intake of over 25mg of Zinc may lead to anaemia
